The original restaurant on the top floor of the Metropol Palace hotel has been opened since 2017. During the summer you can get a table on a panoramic-view terrace, which  functions like a viewpoint in winter. The menu is based on a fashionable panasia by the chef Tong from Thailand, but there are also steaks, tartars and several types of pasta. 

Probably, the main reason why you need to come here is their rolls and sushi: for example, a roll with a shrimp and rice popcorn in salt caramel, sushi with a lobster and a truffle or a sushi-set by chef with different types of sea fish. By the way, fresh fish is brought to a restaurant daily in limited quantities, so by evening the choice may not be as rich as in lunchtime. Also there are good wines and a cocktail menu, while the waiters can always give advice about the best drink to follow the ordered dishes. And yes, the restaurant has a dress code: strictly Smart Casual or Elegante Casual.
