The restaurant is located near the French Embassy and, perhaps, there is no more location with so much French spirit in Belgrade. Since the very opening chef Guillaume Iskander rules in the kitchen, he received four Michelen stars in a row in France, until in 2019 he moved to Serbia. The chef adheres to classic culinary techniques, but does not forget about innovation, so in the restaurant it is worth, first of all, to pay attention to tasting sets — fish and meat. In each set there are 5 changes, from starters and soup to desserts, plus a few mini-snacks meant to brighten up the waiting between the presentations.
