Here they offer several dozens of different types of rolls, including special ones — for example, Omg Roll with shrimp, fried in tempura, salmon and red caviar or a Beef roll with beef instead of fish. Also on the menu: Asian soups Miso and Tom Yam, sashimi, tartars, and the European classic, which is rethought to the Asian manner, like Wellington tuna, fried in a mushroom paste.
