The GIG restaurant that opened at the end of 2022 is perhaps one of the most beautiful restaurants in New Belgrade. Designers from the Fluid architectural office have done a massive job and created an elegant interior with nothing in excess: it is warm, comfortable, but simple and understandable. Minimum of details, furniture in the Scandinavian style, natural materials, correct lighting — the logic is that nothing should distract from food. The food is the main thing here. If you want to appreciate the talent of the team as fully as possible, take a tasting set. But you can order a la carte as well. In the menu, for example, there is a dehydrated beetroot with mushroom sauce and parsley, an ideal bisque, a flatfish with mashed truffle, a luxurious French tartar with 13 seasonings and a proper steak, which is served with earth apple, mustard and bordelaise sauce.
