Homa Inventive gastronomy in a minimalist restaurant

Homa is a popular restaurant in Dorćol with a deliberately minimalist interior and an extensive wine map, where Serbian autochthonous wines play the main role. Here you can order a la carte, but we recommend trying gastronomic sets that best convey the art of the local modernist chef Philip Chirich (Filip Ćirić). He connects Serbian specialties with products and techniques from all over the world: for example, he cooks a traditional burek with a black truffle, makes a sea bass tartare and serves it with fermented lemon and black caviar, foie gras with blackberry, and 60-day ribeye with  earth apple and porcini.
