The Square Modernist cuisine in a fashionable hotel

The restaurant is located in the hotel of the same name in the center of Belgrade and offers visitors a relaxed atmosphere of an expensive hotel lobby. Their menu has dishes of Western European cuisine (like pasta and risotto), but you can get a truly unique gastronomic experience by ordering a set from the young chef Dushan Todich (Dušan Todić), who worked for several years in haute cuisine restaurants in the United States. Filling of the set is partially selected by the visitor, partially by the chef. The menu is seasonal and changes twice a year: for example, in winter the emphasis will be made on meat, mushrooms and paste, and in summer — on vegetables and fish. During the tourist season it is better to book a table in advance.
